[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]As part of\u00a0ongoing efforts the Multi-Regional Clinical Trials\u00a0Center of Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard (MRTC) and the Joint Task Force (JTF) for Clinical Trial Competency have initiated a new project. A workgroup is being created for\u00a0defining and documenting the core competencies required by Clinical Project Managers (CPMs), which will build upon the context of JTF Framework. The goal of this workgroup is to develop and promote a framework of clinical PM competencies to enable industry wide non-competitive information sharing for the\u00a0execution of\u00a0clinical projects.<\/p>\n

The leadership chairs (Lisa Palladino Kim and Nita Ichhpurani) are seeking a working group of subject matter experts to develop and align on the core competencies of CPMs. This would include defining the CPM core competencies at an entry, skilled, and advanced level. The working group will be comprised of\u00a0experts from the pharma and biotech industry, academia and CROs with a global perspective. The team will include representation from both CPMs and management of CPMs.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Attend monthly meetings and bimonthly working group meetings<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Review proposed topics\/content<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Provide input on CPM\u00a0competencies<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Lead breakout sessions to gather information and complete tasks and assignments<\/p>\n
